44.5  Authority Response

Upon receipt of the notice referred to in clause 44.4, the parties shall seek to agree the contents of the same and any dispute shall be referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure.  Payment of the agreed or determined sums due to the Authority shall be made by way of deduction from the Service Payment due to the Service Provider in respect of the month following such agreement or determination.
