54.7  Prohibited Act by another person

If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in clauses 54.3 to 54.5, then the Authority may serve a Termination Notice on the Service Provider and this Agreement shall terminate, unless within twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such Termination Notice the Service Provider procures the termination of such person's employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Service Provider or the Sub-Contractors) and (if necessary) procures the carrying out of such part of the Works or the performance of such part of the Services by another person.
