54.8  Contents of Termination Notice

Any Termination Notice under this clause 54 shall specify:

(a)  the nature of the Prohibited Act;

(b)  the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act;

(c)  the date on which this Agreement shall terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this clause 54; and

(d)  the Authority's chosen option under paragraph 4 of Part 4 of Schedule 22 (Compensation on Termination).
