55.1  Voluntary Termination

The Authority may terminate this Agreement at any time on or before the Expiry Date by serving a Termination Notice on the Service Provider stating:

(a)  that the Authority is terminating this Agreement under this clause 55;

(b)  that this Agreement shall terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice, which must be a minimum of twenty (20) Business Days after the date of receipt of the Termination Notice; and

(c)  whether the Authority has chosen to exercise its option under clause 55.3,

and this Agreement will terminate on the date specified in the Termination Notice as referred to in clause 55.1(b).
