56.1  Authority Default

If an Authority Default has occurred and the Service Provider wishes to terminate this Agreement:

(a)  the Service Provider shall serve a Termination Notice on the Authority within thirty (30) Business Days of becoming aware of the Authority Default; and

(b)  the Termination Notice shall specify and give full details of the type of Authority Default which has occurred entitling the Service Provider to terminate; and

(c)  this Agreement shall terminate on the day falling thirty (30) Business Days after the date the Authority receives the Termination Notice, unless the Authority rectifies the Authority Default within thirty (30) Business Days of receipt of the Service Provider Termination Notice.
