57.2  Notice to Continue

If the Service Provider serves a Termination Notice on the Authority under clause 57.1, then the Authority has the option either to accept such Termination Notice or to respond in writing on or before the date falling ten (10) Business Days after the date of its receipt stating that it requires this Agreement to continue.  If the Authority gives the Service Provider such notice, then:

(a)  the Authority shall pay to the Service Provider the Service Payment from the day after the date on which this Agreement would have terminated under clause 57.1 as if the Services were being fully provided; and

(b)  this Agreement shall not terminate twenty (20) Business Days (or such later date as is specified in the Termination Notice) after receipt of a Termination Notice from the Authority to the Service Provider.
