57.3  Consequences of Termination

If this Agreement is terminated under clause 57.1 or clause 57.2(b):

(a)  compensation shall be payable by the Authority in accordance with Part 5 of Schedule 22 (Compensation on Termination); and

(b)  the Authority may choose to exercise its options under clause 58 (Effect of Termination).
