58.3  Continued performance

Subject to any exercise by the Authority of its rights to perform, or to procure a third party to perform, the obligations of the Service Provider, the parties shall continue to perform their obligations under this Agreement, notwithstanding the giving of any notice of default or Termination Notice, until the termination of the Agreement becomes effective in accordance with the provisions of this clause 58.
