60.1  Expiry

This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the Expiry Date unless it shall have been terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.  To avoid doubt, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to any compensation for termination of this Agreement on expiry of the Contract Period.
