61.1  Final Survey

No later than the date eighteen (18)57 months prior to the Expiry Date, the Authority shall be entitled to carry out a final survey of the Facilities to assess whether they have been and are being maintained by the Service Provider in accordance with its obligations under clause 26 (Condition of Facilities).
