61.7  Costs

If and to the extent that the Service Provider carries out the necessary rectification and/or maintenance work to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction within the specified period, the Authority shall reimburse the Service Provider's costs of so doing by withdrawing amounts from the Retention Fund Account [twelve (12)] months prior to the Expiry Date.  If the amount in the Retention Fund Account is insufficient to cover the Service Provider's costs the Service Provider shall bear the balance of its costs itself.
