65.3  Duties on the recipient

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 65.2 (other than clauses 65.2(b), 65.2(d), 65.2(e), 65.2(h), and 65.2(j)) the party providing the information shall procure that the recipient of the information shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.
