66.4  Auditor and Retention

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  permit records referred to in this clause 66 to be examined and copied by the Authority's auditor and their representatives and other representatives of the Authority who reasonably require access to the same; and

(b)  retain the records referred to in this clause 66 for a period of at least five (5) years after the Service Provider's obligations under this Agreement have come to an end.
