66.5  Records on Termination/Expiry

Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement, and in the event that the Authority wishes to enter into another contract for the operation and management of a project the same or similar to the Project, the Service Provider shall (and shall ensure that the sub-contractors shall) comply with all reasonable requests of the Authority to provide information relating to the Service Provider's costs of operating and maintained the Project.
