69.2  Restriction on the Service Provider

Subject to clause 69.3 and subject always to the provisions of the Senior Lender's Direct Agreement, the Service Provider shall not assign, underlet, charge, sell, bargain or otherwise deal in any way with the benefit of this Agreement in whole or in part except with the prior written consent of the Authority.
