69.5  Liability

The sub-contracting by the Service Provider of any of the Project Operations shall not relieve the Service Provider of any liability under this Agreement for any breach of the obligations arising under this Agreement, or for the actions of negligence and/or defaults by a Sub-Contractor.  The Service Provider shall not be released from any of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of the termination of the appointment of a Sub-Contractor for any reason.
