77.2  Jurisdiction of Courts

Subject to the provisions of the Dispute Resolution Procedure, both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any action, suit, proceeding or dispute in connection with this Agreement and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
