Leisure Procurement Pack - Model Documentation

Please read the note below before using this Model Documentation

This Procurement Pack has been produced by the 4ps and the Department of Culture, Media and Sports (DCMS), in consultation with legal advisers Bevan Brittan and Addleshaw Goddard (Advisers) to provide assistance to Local Authorities in the procurement of leisure projects through a public private partnership or through the Private Finance Initiative.  This Procurement Pack has been published in good faith by the 4ps/ DCMS with the help of their Advisers, and neither the 4ps/ DCMS nor their Advisers shall incur any liability for any action or omission arising out of any reliance being placed on any part of the Procurement Pack by any Local Authority or organisation or other person.  Any Local Authority or organisation or other person in receipt of this Procurement Pack should take their own legal, financial and other relevant professional advice when considering what action (if any) to take in respect of any initiative, proposal, or other involvement with any public private partnership, or before placing any reliance on anything contained therein.

Due to the unavailability of PFI credits for leisure schemes post CSR 2007, the model project agreement for leisure projects has not been signed off by HM Treasure as SoPC 4 compliant but the agreement has been developed by 4ps and its legal advisers so as to conform with SoPC 4 2007.
