1.5 Precedence of Documentation
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the body of this Agreement and the Schedules, or between the Schedules, the inconsistency shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority;
(a) the Payment Mechanism;
(b) Part 7 (Compensation on Termination) of this Agreement;
(c) clauses 1 to 89 (inclusive) of this Agreement (excluding Part 7 (Compensation on Termination);
(d) Schedule 1 (Authority's Requirements);
(e) the Schedules (excluding Schedule 1 (Authority's Requirements) and Schedule 2 (Contractor's Proposals));
