8.5  Delivery of Engrossments

Within ten (10) Business Days after the Services Availability Date, the Authority's Representative shall deliver engrossments of the counterpart Head Lease for the Site[s] to the Contractor.  The Contractor shall execute and deliver the Head Lease as a deed to the Authority's Representative within a further five (5) Business Days of receipt.  The Authority shall then execute the original Head Lease as a deed and send the original Head Lease to the Contractor.
