8.10  Compliance with the Title Deeds

The Contractor shall procure that:

(a)  the carrying out of the Works and the provision of the Services at the Site[s] by or on behalf of the Contractor (whether before, during or after the completion of the Works) shall be carried out in a manner which does not breach any provisions of the Title Deeds relating to the Site[s] or the Facility; and

(b)  in carrying out the Works and providing the Services at the Site[s], there shall be no action, or omission to act by the Contractor or any Contractor Related Party, which shall give rise to a right for any person to obtain title to or any right or interest over the Site[s] or any part of it (save in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);
