11.2  Authority's Obligation

The Authority shall ensure any Services provided at any Existing Facility prior to Services Availability are provided by it in such a way and in such locations as will not prevent the Contractor from carrying out the relevant part of the Works at each such Site at the times shown in the Construction Programme and in the areas shown on the Site Plans.
