15.1  Proposal to Vary Construction Proposals or the Construction Programme

(a)  Without prejudice to clause 14.7 (Rectification of Construction Proposals), the Contractor shall be entitled to propose variations to the Construction Proposals by submitting the relevant variation to the Authority for review under the Review Procedure.

(b)  The Contractor shall be entitled to propose variations to the Construction Programme by submitting the relevant variation to the Authority for review under the Review Procedure.
