18.4  No Warranty

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement the Contractor shall take the Site[s] in [its/their] state and condition in all respects as at the date of this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement or otherwise shall constitute or imply a warranty by or on the part of the Authority as to the fitness and suitability of the Site[s] or any part thereof for the Works or for any other purpose.
