20.1  Inspection of [a/the] Facility

The Contractor shall give the Authority and the Independent Certifier not less than five (5) Business Days' notice of the date when it proposes to inspect [a/the] Facility with a view to achieving:

(a)  Services Availability in respect of the [relevant] Facility; and/or

(b)  [completion of the Post Completion Works in respect of the [relevant] Facility;]

and on such date the Independent Certifier shall inspect the Facility and representatives from the Authority and the Contractor and the Senior Lender shall be entitled to make a joint inspection with the Independent Certifier.
