20.2  Dates on which Services Availability may occur

The Services Availability Date for [any/the] Facility shall be the date on which the Acceptance Certificate is issued in respect [of the relevant Facility/thereof] provided that if the Acceptance Certificate is issued prior to the Planned Services Availability Date, the Services Availability Date [for that Facility] shall be the Planned Services Availability Date.
