22.1  Standard of Performance

(a)  The Contractor will at all times ensure that the Services [at each Facility] comply with and meet all the requirements of this Agreement, the Services Specification, the Service Delivery Proposals, Good Industry Practice, Guidance, Quest116, Sport England Guidance and all applicable Authority's Policies and Legislation with effect from the [relevant] Services Availability Date [for that Facility].

(b)  The Contractor shall ensure, and shall procure that any Contractor Related Party shall ensure, that the Services are carried out in compliance with the Race Equality Requirements.

(c)  The Contractor will at all times ensure that the Services are performed by appropriately qualified and trained personnel.
