25.2  Costs

The properly incurred costs of the Contractor of any additional or alternative services provided to the Authority under clause 25.1 (Additional or Alternative Services) and/or any Loss of Revenue (if any) arising as a direct result of the Contractor providing any additional or alternative services shall be borne by the Authority.  In respect of any such properly incurred costs and/or Loss of Revenue, these shall be paid against the Contractor's invoice in accordance with clause 36 (Payment Provisions).  If such costs and/or Loss of Revenue are not agreed, the matter shall be referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
