27.4  Adjustments to Unitary Charge

With effect from the relevant Market Testing Review Date the Unitary Charge shall be adjusted to reflect the cost difference between the Successful Tenderer's tender price and the element within the Base Case (as such element may have been adjusted as a result of being indexed or as a result of previous adjustments made pursuant to this clause 27 (Market Testing)) in accordance with clause 71 (Financial Adjustments).
