28.4  Elections

The Contractor will allow the Authority to use the [Facility/Facilities] for the purpose of Elections provided reasonable prior notice has been given to the Contractor and the Authority agrees to pay for the use of the relevant parts of the [Facility/Facilities] for such purposes in addition to the Unitary Charge, with terms to be agreed between the parties acting reasonably.  In exercising its right to use the [Facility/Facilities] pursuant to this clause 28.4 (Elections) only the Authority shall be regarded as a User.
