29.18  sub-contractors

In the event that the Contractor enters into any sub-contract in connection with this Agreement, it shall impose obligations on its sub-contractors in the same terms as those imposed on it pursuant to clauses 29 (TUPE and Employees), 30 (Pensions) and 31 (Employees - General) and shall procure that the sub-contractor complies with such terms. The Contractor shall indemnify and keep the Authority indemnified in full against all Direct Losses, incurred by the Authority or any Future Contractor as a result of or in connection with any failure on the part of the Contractor to comply with this clause and/or the sub-contractor's failure to comply with such terms.
