30.3  Indemnity for a Breach of the Contractor Admission Agreement

Without prejudice to the generality of this clause 30 (Pensions), the Contractor hereby indemnifies the Authority and/or any Future Contractor and, in each case, their sub-contractors on demand from and against all Direct Losses suffered or incurred by it or them which arise from any breach by the Contractor or any sub-contractor of the terms of the Contractor Admission Agreement to the extent that such liability arises before or as a result of the termination or expiry of this Agreement (howsoever caused).
