31.5  Refusal of Admission

The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to the Site[s] any person, employed or engaged by the Contractor or a Sub- Contractor, whose admission would, in the opinion of the Authority, present a risk to themselves or an Authority Related Party or property, and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for such refusal.
