36.7  Dispute

If the Contractor responds (pursuant to clause 36.6 (Response to Authority Notice)) that it does not agree with all or any of the statements made in any notice served by the Authority pursuant to clause 36.5.2 (Disputed Amounts), the matter or matters in question shall be determined under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
