44.6  Consequences of Termination

If this Agreement is terminated under clause 44.5 (Unable to Agree) or clause 44.7 (Notice to Continue)

(a)  compensation shall be payable by the Authority in accordance with clause 51 (Compensation on Termination for Force Majeure); and

(b)  the Authority may require the Contractor to transfer all of its title, interest and rights in and to any Assets to the Authority.
