49  Compensation on Corrupt Gifts, Fraud and Refinancing Breaches

49.1  On termination of this Agreement in accordance with clauses 42 (Termination for Breach of Refinancing Provisions) or 43.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) the Authority shall pay the Contractor an amount equal to the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount.  

49.2  Such amount shall be determined and paid in accordance with clauses 54 (Miscellaneous Compensation Provisions) and 55 (Method of Payment).  

49.3  If termination occurs, then the Authority may require the Contractor to transfer its rights, title and interest in and to the Assets to the Authority.
