53.1  Delivery of Initial and Changed Project Documents and Financing Agreements

The Contractor has provided to the Authority copies of the Project Documents [(as listed in Schedule 17 (Project Documents))] and of the Initial Financing Agreements [(as listed in Part 1 of Schedule 16 (Financing Agreements))].
