55.4  Payment of Outstanding Element

If the Authority has elected to pay in accordance with clause 55.2 (Instalments) it may (on twenty (20) Business Days' prior written notice to the Contractor) elect to pay the outstanding part of the Adjusted Estimated Fair Value of the Contract or the Base Senior Debt Termination Amount or the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount (as relevant) together with any interest accrued pursuant to clause 55.3 (Interest) in full on any Instalment Date.
