57.3  Consequences

In the event that the Contractor has complied with its obligations under clause 57.2 (Relief), then:

(a)  the Start on Site Date; and/or

(b)  the [relevant] Planned Services Availability Date and/or following the Planned Services Availability Date, the Longstop Date; and/or

(c)  [the [relevant] Planned Post Completion Works Acceptance Date];

shall be postponed by such time as shall be reasonable for such a Relief Event, taking into account the likely effect of delay; and/or

(d)  the Authority shall not be entitled to exercise its right to terminate this Agreement under clause 40.4 (Termination on Contractor Default) and, subject to clause 57.4 (Deductions), shall give such other relief as has been requested by the Contractor.
