57.4  Deductions

Nothing in clause 57.3 (Consequences) shall affect any entitlement to make deductions under clause 36 (Payment Provisions) and Schedule 6 (Payment Mechanism) during the period in which the Relief Event is subsisting provided that any such deductions shall be disregarded for the purposes of the Authority's right to terminate this Agreement for a Contractor Default.
