59  Authority and Contractor Changes174

The Authority may propose an Authority Change and the Contractor may propose a Contractor Change in accordance with the Change Protocol and the parties shall comply with the provisions of the Change Protocol.

174  A standard accommodation Change Protocol is being developed for accommodation PFI schemes by 4ps.  This should be on the 4ps website in the Autumn for consultation.  The model Change Protocol will need to be adapted for the leisure sector.  In the interim, Authorities should take advice from its legal advisers and contact the 4ps for the current position.
