61.3  Obligations Preserved

Where disclosure is permitted under clause 61.2 (other than clauses 61.2.2, 61.2.4, 61.2.5, 61.2.8 and 61.2.10 (Permitted Disclosure)) the party providing the information shall procure that the recipient of the information shall be subject to the same obligation of confidentiality as that contained in this Agreement.
