61.6 Information about Users and Authority Related Parties
Where the Contractor, in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, is provided with information relating to Users and Authority Related Parties, the Contractor shall not disclose or make use of any such information otherwise than for the purpose for which it was provided, unless the Contractor has sought the prior written consent of that User or Authority Related Party and has obtained the prior written consent of the Authority.180
