186  A general indemnity from the Authority should not be offered.  Breaches of contract will be covered as Compensation Events and Step-In by the provision dealing with Step-In arrangements.  However, an Authority may be faced with project specific issues which require an indemnity, in which case the indemnity should be limited to the specific issue.
