64.4  Works Carried Out

Where insurance proceeds are to be used in accordance with this Agreement to repair, reinstate or replace any part of the Facility, the Contractor shall carry out the work in accordance with the Authority's Requirements and the Contractor's Proposals so that on completion of the work the provisions of this Agreement are complied with.
