65.1  Uninsurable Risks

Nothing in clause 63 (Insurance) or this clause 65 (Risks that Become Uninsurable) shall oblige the Contractor to take out insurance in respect of a risk which is Uninsurable save where the predominant cause of the risk being Uninsurable is an acts(s) or omission(s) of the Contractor or a Contractor Related Party.
