66.3  Adjudication

Without prejudice to clause 66.2 (Consultation), either party may give the other notice of its intention to refer the dispute to adjudication (the Notice of Adjudication).  The Notice of Adjudication shall include a brief statement of the issue to be referred and the redress sought.  The party giving the Notice of Adjudication (the Referring Party) shall on the same day and by the same means of communication send a copy of the Notice of Adjudication to an adjudicator selected in accordance with clause 66.4 (Identity of Adjudicator).
