66.7  Procedure

Subject to clause 66.18 (Sub-Contractor's Submissions), the Adjudicator shall have absolute discretion as to how to conduct the adjudication, including whether a meeting is necessary.  He shall establish the procedure and timetable subject to any limitation within this Agreement.  The parties shall comply with any request or direction of the Adjudicator in relation to the adjudication.
