66.8  Adjudicator's Decision

In any event, the Adjudicator shall provide to both parties his written decision on the dispute, within twenty eight (28) days after the date of receipt of the Referral Notice (or such other period as the parties may agree).  The Adjudicator shall be entitled to extend the said period of twenty eight (28) days by up to fourteen (14) days with the consent of the Referring Party.  The Adjudicator shall state any reasons for his decision.209  Unless and until revised, cancelled or varied by the English courts, the Adjudicator's decision shall be binding on both parties who shall forthwith give effect to the decision.
