66.18  Sub-Contractors' Submissions

Any submissions made by the Building Contractor, the Leisure Operator or the FM Contractor shall:

(a)  be made within the time limits applicable to the delivery of submissions by the Contractor; and

(b)  concern only those matters which relate to the dispute between the Authority and the Contractor under this Agreement.
